If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the order, contact customer care with the order number and photos of the item.

Return and refund requests should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and include original packaging where possible.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment provider.
